Refund or exchange is within 21 days of receipt of your order. Please contact our customer services (via email or the website) and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
When returning or exchanging, you are responsible for the shipping fees and all other costs (such as customs and tax)
A full refund will only be given if the item is returned with its original packaging and box.
If your item arrives broken or otherwise defective, let us know within a week of receiving your package. Please email photographs of the damaged item so we can see the problem. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement item according to your wishes.
