Most of our products are hand-made from natural materials and so each item might look slightly different from the image shown on our website, and from one to the other.

The guarantee on our products is for one year from the day the products are purchased. During the guarantee period we will be happy to offer our assistance free of charge (in the event that the damage wasn’t caused by incorrect use of the product). The box that the items are in is intended to protect the item and is shipped from the Studio in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to the box during transport.
